Impressions: Part Three

Ok, so by now I think I’ve beaten the letterpress-is-expensive drum quite a bit.  So how do you get affordable letterpress?  You shop around!!

One of my favorite places to find anything custom or handmade is Etsy.  In fact, when we begin selling our invitation line, that’s where we will start.

Here’s a few examples:

These are made by Power and Light Press.

Another great thing about purchasing items from Etsy is the sellers are usually only an e-mail away and I have yet to encounter a seller who is against customizing whatever it is that you want.  When it comes to something so personal and memorable as wedding stationery, you want it to be your own–especially if you’re spending a small fortune on it!
